The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a global score of 62.5, which is better than the Huawei MediaPad's overall score of 56.4. The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus is a way thinner and much lighter tablet than the Huawei MediaPad. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has newer 7.0 Nougat version while Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0 version, counting with a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements.

LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus and Huawei MediaPad both have quite similar screens, although the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus also has a greater screen pixels density, a little bigger screen and a much better 1200 x 1920 resolution. The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus counts with a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad, because it has 32 GB internal storage and a SD extension slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.

The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus features a little better processing power than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and 1 GB more RAM. The Huawei MediaPad features a much better battery performance than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, because it has a 41 percent greater battery capacity.

The Huawei MediaPad shoots better photographs and videos than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus. Both have the same resolution camera, the same 1280x720 video definition and the same video frame rate.
