Microsoft Surface Go counts with Windows 10 OS, and Huawei MediaPad works with Android 4.0 OS. Microsoft Surface Go counts with a bit superior processor than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, and they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Microsoft Surface Go also counts with 7 GB more RAM memory.
