The Microsoft Surface Pro has a score of 63.2, which is much better than Huawei MediaPad's global score of 56.4. The Microsoft Surface Pro design is incredibly heavier and much thicker than the Huawei MediaPad. The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with Windows 8 Pro OS, and Huawei MediaPad counts with Android 4.0 OS.

The Huawei MediaPad features a little bit better display than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has a lot lower resolution of 800 x 1280 and a way smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit higher display pixel density. The Microsoft Surface Pro has a way bigger storage for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.

Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a quite superior performance than Huawei MediaPad, and although they both have 2 cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro also has a greater amount of RAM memory and a faster 650 MHz graphics co-processor. Huawei MediaPad captures much better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, and although they both have the same 1280x720 video definition, the Huawei MediaPad also has faster video frame rates and a way more MP camera.

The Huawei MediaPad features a much longer battery performance than Microsoft Surface Pro.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Huawei MediaPad, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Huawei MediaPad. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Huawei MediaPad, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
