The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is way better than Huawei MediaPad, with a global score of 82.4 against 56.4. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with Windows 10 Pro OS, while Huawei MediaPad works with Android 4.0 OS. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) construction is noticeably heavier but thinner than Huawei MediaPad.

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) and Huawei MediaPad feature very similar screens, although the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) also has a really larger display, a lot higher resolution of 2736 x 1824px and a just a little more pixels per inch of screen. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with a faster CPU than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, and they both have 2 cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) also counts with a greater amount of RAM.

The Huawei MediaPad has just a bit better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), although it has a lot less MP resolution back-facing camera and a way worse 1280x720 video quality. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 1000 GB internal storage.

The Huawei MediaPad counts with a much better battery performance than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017).

Although Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei MediaPad, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei MediaPad. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Huawei MediaPad, resigning a couple features and specifications.
