Comparison review

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 is slightly better than Huawei MediaPad, having a 62 score against 56.4. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has the older 3.2 version while Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0. Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 is a much heavier but somewhat thinner device than Huawei MediaPad.

Huawei MediaPad has a little bit better screen than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because although it has a really smaller display, and they both have the same exact 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, the Huawei MediaPad also counts with a greater pixels density.
