The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is better than Huawei MediaPad, getting a 65 score against 56.4. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has the newer 4.1 version while Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a just a little thinner but noticeably heavier tablet than Huawei MediaPad.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a bit better CPU than Huawei MediaPad, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor and 1 GB of RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) also has a better graphics processing unit working at 400 MHz. Huawei MediaPad counts with a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has a much smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280px, the Huawei MediaPad also counts with a greater pixel quantity in each inch in the display.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with much more memory for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 32 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) also has 16 GB internal storage. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a much longer battery life than Huawei MediaPad, because it has a 7000mAh battery size instead of 4100mAh.
Huawei MediaPad captures a lot better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same 1280x720 video definition and the same video frame rates, the Huawei MediaPad also has a back facing camera with much more mega pixels.
Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a little more expensive than Huawei MediaPad, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
