The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is much better than Huawei MediaPad, getting a 67.8 score against 56.4. Both tablets in this comparison have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0 version, so it offers a couple nice extra features. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is a incredibly thinner but heavier device than the Huawei MediaPad.

Huawei MediaPad has a bit sharper display than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have the same 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, the Huawei MediaPad also counts with more pixels per inch in the display. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a little bit better processing power than Huawei MediaPad, because it has more 1.2 GHz cores, a higher amount of RAM memory and a faster graphics processing unit running at 450 MHz.

Huawei MediaPad counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, and although they both have the same (HD) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Huawei MediaPad also has a way more megapixels back facing camera. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a very superior memory to install games and applications than Huawei MediaPad, because it has more internal storage capacity and a SD memory slot that admits up to 64 GB.
