Galaxy Tab A (2016) has a score of 60.4, which is slightly better than Huawei MediaPad's 56.4 global score. Both devices in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab A (2016) has newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0. Galaxy Tab A (2016)'s construction is thinner and lighter than Huawei MediaPad.

Galaxy Tab A (2016) features a little better processing power than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with 512 MB more RAM memory and a greater number of cores. The Huawei MediaPad has a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A (2016). Both of them have the same 800 x 1280px resolution, the same display density and a same size screen.

The Galaxy Tab A (2016) features a very superior memory to install games and applications than Huawei MediaPad, because it has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 200 GB and 8 GB internal memory.
