The Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a score of 70, which is way better than the Huawei MediaPad's global score of 56.4. Both tablets in our current comparison have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab Active 2 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0. Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a a bit thinner but just a little bit heavier portable tablet than Huawei MediaPad.
Huawei MediaPad has a better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280px, the Huawei MediaPad also counts with a just a little higher quantity of pixels per display inch. The Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a way bigger storage to store more apps and games than Huawei MediaPad, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 256 GB and 12 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 features a bit faster CPU than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 captures better pictures and videos than Huawei MediaPad, because it has a way higher (Full HD) video resolution and a camera in the back with much more mega pixels.
Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a bit better battery lifetime than Huawei MediaPad, because it has a 4450mAh battery capacity against 4100mAh.
Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a lot more expensive than the Huawei MediaPad, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
