Comparison review

Galaxy Tab E is a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad, having a overall score of 60.7 against 56.4. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab E has newer 4.4 version while Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0, so it offers a couple additional features and improved performance. Galaxy Tab E is a heavier but somewhat thinner tablet than Huawei MediaPad.

Galaxy Tab E has just a little better hardware performance than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM. The Huawei MediaPad counts with a much better screen than Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 800 x 1280, the Huawei MediaPad also counts with a higher count of pixels per display inch.

Huawei MediaPad and Galaxy Tab E both have quite similar cameras, both of them have the same 1280x720 video definition, a 5 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and the same 30 fps video frame rates. The Samsung Galaxy Tab E has a lot bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 128 GB and 8 GB internal memory capacity.

Galaxy Tab E features greater battery duration than Huawei MediaPad, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 4100mAh.
