The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is way better than the Huawei MediaPad, having a overall score of 74.3 against 56.4. These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has the newer 4.4.2 version while Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0 version, so it gives a couple additional features and performance tweaks. Galaxy Tab S 10.5's construction is a lot thinner but heavier than the Huawei MediaPad.

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a more powerful CPU than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with more processing cores and a larger amount of RAM.
