The Galaxy View 2 has a global score of 65.3, which is better than the Huawei MediaPad's 56.4 general score. Galaxy View 2's construction is a lot heavier and a lot thicker than the Huawei MediaPad. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy View 2 has a newer 8.1 Oreo version while Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0 version.
Galaxy View 2 has a little bit better processing power than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and also faster) and 2 GB more RAM memory. The Huawei MediaPad counts with a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy View 2, because although it has a much lower 800 x 1280 resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with a much greater pixels amount per screen inch.
Huawei MediaPad counts with a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy View 2. The Galaxy View 2 features a much bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad, because it has a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 400 GB and 64 GB internal memory. Galaxy View 2 has a really longer battery life than Huawei MediaPad, because it has 12000mAh of battery capacity against 4100mAh.
Although Galaxy View 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Huawei MediaPad, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei MediaPad. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy View 2, else you can save some dollars and get the Huawei MediaPad, resigning some features and specifications.
