Xperia Z2 Tablet has a much bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Huawei MediaPad, because it has an external memory slot that allows up to 64 GB and 12 GB more internal storage. Xperia Z2 Tablet has a way better battery performance than Huawei MediaPad, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 4100mAh.
Huawei MediaPad has a little bit better camera than Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet, although it has a lot lower 1280x720 (HD) video quality and a back-facing camera with a much lower 5 MP resolution.
Xperia Z2 Tablet costs a bit more money than Huawei MediaPad, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
