Xperia Z4 Tablet is a lot better than Huawei MediaPad, getting a 74.7 score against 56.4. Xperia Z4 Tablet's design is a little heavier but a lot thinner than the Huawei MediaPad. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia Z4 Tablet has newer 5.0 version and Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0, so it provides you a couple additional features and some performance improvements.
Xperia Z4 Tablet features a much better display than Huawei MediaPad, because it has a much bigger screen, a way better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a better display pixel density. Xperia Z4 Tablet counts with a much greater performance than Huawei MediaPad, because it has more RAM memory, a faster 600 MHz graphics co-processor, more CPU cores and a 64-bits CPU.
The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet has a lot bigger memory to install applications and games than Huawei MediaPad, because it has 28 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 128 GB. Xperia Z4 Tablet counts with a really longer battery life than Huawei MediaPad, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
Huawei MediaPad features a bit better camera than Xperia Z4 Tablet, although it has a much worse 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and a lot less mega pixels resolution camera.
Although Xperia Z4 Tablet is a better device, it is way more expensive than Huawei MediaPad, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei MediaPad. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Huawei MediaPad, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
