Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a global score of 65.6, which is way better than ICEMOBILE G7 Pro's general score of 41.9. Both tablets in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has newer 4.4.2 version while ICEMOBILE G7 Pro has Android 4.2.2, giving some additional features and optimized performance.
