Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is just a bit better than the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, with a 58.1 score against 55.2. These tablets use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has an older 4.0.4 version and Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 has Android 4.2 version. Despite of the fact Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is older and notably heavier than the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, it's construction is still way thinner.
Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 features a superior processor than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has a higher number of cores (and they are faster) and a graphics processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 features just a bit better looking display than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, because although it has a little bit less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a much larger screen and a better 800 x 1280px resolution.
The Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 features a much greater memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory, the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 64 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a very superior battery lifetime than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, because it has a 94 percent larger battery size.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a little bit better camera than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, although it has a much lower 3 megapixels resolution back facing camera.
Although Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Lenovo IdeaTab A3000. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
