The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is better than the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, getting a overall score of 64.9 against 55.2. These tablets include Android OS, but Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has newer 5.1 Lollipop version and Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 has Android 4.2. The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 construction is much newer and thinner than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000's, although it's also just a bit heavier.

The Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 counts with just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 4 cores, the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 also counts with a GPU. The Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, although it has a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024px, a bit smaller screen and a little bit worse display density.

The Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 features a better memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
