The Xperia Tablet Z has a better camera than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, because it has a much more megapixels camera in the back.
Although Xperia Tablet Z is a better device, it is way more expensive than Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Lenovo IdeaTab A3000. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Xperia Tablet Z, else you can save some money and get the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000, resigning some features and specs.
