These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Tablet S has the older 4.0 version while Lenovo IdeaTab S6000 has Android 4.2 version. The Sony Tablet S is an older, a bit heavier and thicker tablet than the Lenovo IdeaTab S6000.
