Sony Xperia Tablet Z counts with a bit better performance than Lenovo IdeaTab S6000, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z also has more RAM and a much better 400 megahertz graphics processing unit. The Sony Xperia Tablet Z counts with a more vivid display than Lenovo IdeaTab S6000, and although they both have a same size screen, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z also has a much higher 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution and much more pixels per screen inch.
The Sony Xperia Tablet Z and Lenovo IdeaTab S6000 count with similar memory to install applications and games, they have equal 32 GB internal storage and a SD memory slot that supports up to 64 GB. The Xperia Tablet Z takes much better photos and videos than Lenovo IdeaTab S6000, because it has a much more mega-pixels camera in the back.

So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Sony Xperia Tablet Z, else you can save some money and buy the Lenovo IdeaTab S6000, resigning a couple features and specifications.
