The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has an overall score of 72.2, which is much better than the Lenovo Miix 2 10's overall score of 51.5. Both of these tablets work with Windows OS (Operating System), but the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a more recent 8.1 Pro version while Lenovo Miix 2 10 has Windows 8.1, so it counts with lots of additional features and performance enhancements. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a much heavier tablet device than the Lenovo Miix 2 10, but both are equally thin.
