The Microsoft Surface 3 has an overall score of 66.3, which is just a bit better than Lenovo Miix 2 11's 63.8 overall score. Microsoft Surface 3's design is notably thinner and way lighter than Lenovo Miix 2 11. Lenovo Miix 2 11 features a little bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a little bit less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a quite bigger display.
