Microsoft Surface Go has a score of 66.5, which is a bit better than the Lenovo Miix 2 11's 63.8 global score. Both of these tablets have Windows OS (Operating System), but Microsoft Surface Go has 10 version while Lenovo Miix 2 11 has Windows 8.1, giving a couple nice extra features and increased performance. The Microsoft Surface Go body is thinner and noticeably lighter than Lenovo Miix 2 11.
