Comparison review
Dell Venue 8 Pro has a score of 59.6, which is slightly better than Lenovo Miix2's general score of 59.3. Both tablets in this review use Windows OS (operating system), but the Dell Venue 8 Pro has newer 8.1 Pro version and Lenovo Miix2 has Windows 8.1, giving lots of additional features. Dell Venue 8 Pro is a heavier and just a bit thicker device than Lenovo Miix2.
Dell Venue 8 Pro features a display that's just as good as the screen in Lenovo Miix2, both have the same number of pixels per display inch, the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a screen with the same size. Dell Venue 8 Pro's processing unit is just as good as the CPU in Lenovo Miix2, they have 4 cores and 2 GB of RAM memory.
The Lenovo Miix2 features much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Dell Venue 8 Pro, because although it has an external SD slot that allows 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage. Dell Venue 8 Pro features a much longer battery duration than Lenovo Miix2.
Lenovo Miix2 features a bit better camera than Dell Venue 8 Pro. Both of them have a same resolution camera in the back.
Although Dell Venue 8 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than Lenovo Miix2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Lenovo Miix2. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Dell Venue 8 Pro, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Lenovo Miix2, giving up some specs and features.
