The Lenovo Moto Tab is slightly better than HTC Jetstream, having a 64.4 score against 63.6. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Lenovo Moto Tab has 7.1 Nougat version and HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1 version, so it provides some nice extra features. Lenovo Moto Tab's construction is notably newer, noticeably lighter and extremely thinner than the HTC Jetstream.
HTC Jetstream counts with a display that's very similar to the display in Lenovo Moto Tab, and although the HTC Jetstream has a lot lower pixel quantity per inch of screen and a lot worse resolution of 768 x 1280, they both have a display of the same size. Lenovo Moto Tab has a little bit better hardware performance than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a higher number of cores.
The Lenovo Moto Tab counts with just a bit better camera than HTC Jetstream. Both of them have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a 8 mega pixels resolution back facing camera. Lenovo Moto Tab features a better memory capacity to store more games and applications than HTC Jetstream, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Lenovo Moto Tab also has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
HTC Jetstream has just a bit better battery lifetime than Lenovo Moto Tab, because it has a 4% larger battery capacity.
Although Lenovo Moto Tab is a better device, it costs more money than HTC Jetstream, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC Jetstream. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Lenovo Moto Tab, else you can save some dollars and get the HTC Jetstream, giving up a couple features and specifications.
