Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 2 is much better than the Lenovo S5000, with a general score of 63.4 against 56. The Microsoft Surface 2 comes with Windows RT 8.1 OS, while Lenovo S5000 works with Android 4.2 OS. The Microsoft Surface 2 is a way heavier and somewhat thicker tablet than Lenovo S5000. The Lenovo S5000 features a bit sharper display than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has a really smaller display and a lot lower 800 x 1280 resolution, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the display.
Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a bit better processor than Lenovo S5000, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Microsoft Surface 2 also counts with a greater amount of RAM. Microsoft Surface 2 features a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Lenovo S5000, because it has 64 GB internal storage.
The Lenovo S5000 features a really longer battery performance than Microsoft Surface 2. The Lenovo S5000 and the Microsoft Surface 2 both have extremely similar cameras, both of them have a 5 MP camera.
Although Microsoft Surface 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Lenovo S5000, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Lenovo S5000. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Lenovo S5000, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
