Microsoft Surface RT is a little bit better than Lenovo S5000, with a 58.4 score against 56. Microsoft Surface RT is a somewhat thicker and notably heavier device than Lenovo S5000. Microsoft Surface RT works with Windows RT OS, and Lenovo S5000 has Android 4.2 OS. Lenovo S5000 has a more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a bit worse 800 x 1280 resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch.
