The Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a just a little bit thinner and noticeably lighter tablet than the Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a more recent 5.0 version and Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70 has Android 4.4 version, offering a couple additional features.
