Comparison review
Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro is slightly better than the Lenovo TAB 2 A8, having a global score of 64.3 against 60.1. Both tablets in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro has 5.1 version while Lenovo TAB 2 A8 has Android 5.0 version, so it offers some extra features and improved performance. Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro's design is noticeably thinner but much heavier than the Lenovo TAB 2 A8.
Lenovo TAB 2 A8 counts with a quite superior processing power than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a 64-bit processing unit, more cores and a graphics processor. The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro has a brighter display than Lenovo TAB 2 A8, because it has a larger display, a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and much more pixels per inch in the display.
Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro captures better photographs and videos than Lenovo TAB 2 A8, because it has a camera in the back with way more megapixels. The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro features much more storage capacity for games and applications than Lenovo TAB 2 A8, because it has 32 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 128 GB.
Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro has a much better battery life than Lenovo TAB 2 A8, because it has a 10200mAh battery size instead of 4200mAh.
Although Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Lenovo TAB 2 A8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Lenovo TAB 2 A8. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Lenovo TAB 2 A8, letting go some features and specs.
