The Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a score of 66, which is a bit better than the Lenovo TAB 2 A8's 60.1 global score. Sony Vaio Tap 11 comes with Windows 8 OS, and Lenovo TAB 2 A8 works with Android 5.0 OS. Even being the best in our current comparison, Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a thicker and noticeably heavier portable tablet than the Lenovo TAB 2 A8.

The Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a bit more vivid display than Lenovo TAB 2 A8, because it has a much higher resolution of 1080 x 1920, a way larger screen and a bit higher display pixels density. The Lenovo TAB 2 A8 features a better CPU than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because although it has 3 GB less RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processor, more cpu cores (but slower) and a 64 bits CPU.

Lenovo TAB 2 A8 counts with a slightly better camera than Sony Vaio Tap 11, although it has a way less mega-pixels back-facing camera. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a much bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Lenovo TAB 2 A8, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
