The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a global score of 66.1, which is a bit better than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus's 63.1 global score. Blackview OSCAL Pad 18's body is much newer, but much heavier and just a little bit thicker than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has the previous 13 version while Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus has Android 7.1 Nougat version.
