Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is better than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, having a 72.2 score against 63.1. Although the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is better than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, it must be noted that it's also a older, way thicker and noticeably heavier tablet device. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus works with Android 7.1 Nougat OS.
The Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus features a little better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores. The Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus has a little more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel count in each screen inch.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with much more memory capacity for games and applications than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 496 GB more internal memory capacity. The Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus features a really longer battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro 3.
The Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus captures much clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus also has a way better 8 MP resolution back facing camera.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
