Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a little bit better than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, getting a 66.9 score against 63.1. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 design is a lot newer, but noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has Windows 10 OS, while Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus has Android 7.1 Nougat OS.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, because although it has 6 lesser cores (but faster), it also counts with 2 GB more RAM.
