Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is much better than the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, getting a 74.3 score against 63.1. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has an older 4.4.2 version and Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus has Android 7.1 Nougat version. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is an a lot older and way heavier portable tablet than the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, but Samsung managed to make it just a little bit thinner anyway.
Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus features just a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a more vivid display than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, because it has a much bigger display, a better resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a bit more pixels per display inch.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 128 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 also has 16 GB more internal memory. The Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus and the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 have quite similar cameras, they have a back-facing camera with an 8 megapixels, the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate.
Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a very superior battery lifetime than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, because it has a 63 percent larger battery capacity.
Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is also by far the cheapest.
