Both of these tablets come with the same Android 4.4 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding operating system features. The Asus MeMO Pad 8 is a a little bit lighter and noticeably thinner tablet than Lenovo Tab A7-50, although both of them were only released 2 months apart.
