The Microsoft Surface 3 has an overall score of 66.3, which is much better than the Lenovo Tab A7-50's global score of 56.9. The Microsoft Surface 3 construction is newer and thinner than the Lenovo Tab A7-50's, but it's also heavier. The Lenovo Tab A7-50 features a bit superior processor than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Lenovo Tab A7-50 also counts with a GPU.
