Although Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is incredibly heavier than the Lenovo Tab A7-50, it's thinner and also way newer. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 comes with Windows 10 OS, while Lenovo Tab A7-50 comes with Android 4.4 OS.
