Sony Tablet S is just a bit better than the Lenovo Tab A7-50, with a 57.5 score against 56.9. Both tablets in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Tablet S has older 4.0 version and Lenovo Tab A7-50 has Android 4.4 version. Despite being the best in this review, it must be noted that it's also a notably older, just a bit thicker and incredibly heavier tablet device.
Lenovo Tab A7-50 counts with a superior processing power than Sony Tablet S, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Lenovo Tab A7-50 also has an additional graphics processor and 2 more cores. The Lenovo Tab A7-50 features a slightly better looking screen than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a really smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1280 x 800px, the Lenovo Tab A7-50 also counts with a better display pixels density.
The Sony Tablet S counts with a better camera than Lenovo Tab A7-50. Both of them have a camera in the back with a 5 MP. Sony Tablet S features a much greater memory to store more apps and games than Lenovo Tab A7-50, and although they both have an external memory card slot that holds up to 32 GB, the Sony Tablet S also has 32 GB internal memory capacity.
Sony Tablet S counts with a much longer battery performance than Lenovo Tab A7-50, because it has a 45% bigger battery size.
Although Sony Tablet S is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Lenovo Tab A7-50, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Lenovo Tab A7-50. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Sony Tablet S, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Lenovo Tab A7-50, letting go a couple features and specs.
