Asus ZenPad Z10 is slightly better than the Lenovo Tab S8-50, getting a overall score of 63.6 against 59.6. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Asus ZenPad Z10 has a more recent 7.0 Nougat version while Lenovo Tab S8-50 has Android 4.4 version, giving you lots of additional features. The Lenovo Tab S8-50 has a better screen than Asus ZenPad Z10, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display.
