Lenovo Tab S8-50 Review

Lenovo Tab S8-50 is a nice Android tablet released in September 2014, provisioned with a very fast Quad-Core processor ticking at 1.86 gigahertz, a 8-inches multi-touch screen, an 8 MP back camera and a 1.6 mega-pixels front camera.

This tablet is for sale in a nice range of color options: black, yellow, blue and white. The Lenovo Tab S8-50 is a very compact tablet, taking into account that it has a 8 inches display and it's only 0" long.

Lenovo designed this device with a good level 8 inches display, and a 1920 x 1200 resolution, providing this tablet device with a good image quality. This display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

Lenovo sells the Lenovo Tab S8-50 with a very fast 1.86 GHz Quad-Core processing unit, packed into the Intel Atom system chip with a large 2 GB of RAM. This device counts with a 16 GB interesting internal storage and an SD memory card expansion slot, enough to install a couple hundred games and apps without running out of space.

This tablet is equipped with two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back camera and a 1.6 mega-pixels front facing camera. The camera also counts with a few useful features: auto-focus, flash and geo tagging.

The Lenovo Tab S8-50 features WiFi capability (but it can't be provided to other devices as a mobile mobile hotspot) and LTE (4G) high performance connectivity. The Lenovo Tab S8-50 doesn't use a sim card, because it doesn't work with GSM connections.

The Lenovo Tab S8-50 also comes with some interesting features like Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS, and a couple sensors likeAccelerometer and Compass.

This tablet uses an inmense 4290 mAh Li-Ion non-removable battery providing the Lenovo Tab S8-50 an incredibly long battery duration. An issue to evaluate is that this tablet's battery is non-removable so you can't change it when it starts losing capacity, whereas with its 4290 mAh you will probably buy a new device before it becomes a real problem.

This tablet is not a good choice considering it is sold for $ 249, while some similar tablets are offerred way cheaper than that. If you want a portable tablet to majorly use social networks and internet browsing or will use it as a gamer portable tablet, you will probably be very pleased with it.
