Comparison review
The iPad 3 is better than Lenovo TAB3 10, getting a score of 71.1 against 61.9. The iPad 3 counts with iOS 6.1 operating system, and Lenovo TAB3 10 works with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. Apple iPad 3 counts with a brighter screen than Lenovo TAB3 10, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite higher number of pixels per inch of screen and a quite better 1536 x 2048 resolution.
The Lenovo TAB3 10 has just a bit better hardware performance than iPad 3, because it has a larger amount of RAM and a larger number of faster cores. Lenovo TAB3 10 has a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than iPad 3, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Lenovo TAB3 10 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 64 GB.
Apple iPad 3 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Lenovo TAB3 10, although it has a camera in the back with a way lower resolution. IPad 3 features a way better battery lifetime than Lenovo TAB3 10, because it has 11560mAh of battery capacity.
IPad 3 costs a bit more than the Lenovo TAB3 10, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
