Comparison review
The iPad 4 is much better than the Lenovo TAB3 10, with a score of 70.8 against 61.9. IPad 4 comes with iOS 7.x operating system, while Lenovo TAB3 10 comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. Apple iPad 4 features a bit faster processing unit than Lenovo TAB3 10, because although it has 2 GB less RAM and less cpu cores , it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.
IPad 4 counts with a brighter screen than Lenovo TAB3 10, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px and a bit higher count of pixels in each inch of screen. The iPad 4 counts with a very superior camera than Lenovo TAB3 10, although it has a much less mega pixels resolution back facing camera.
