Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a general score of 68.3, which is better than the Lenovo TAB3 10's general score of 61.9. Both of these tablets come with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version and Lenovo TAB3 10 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. The Lenovo TAB3 10 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a way better resolution of 1920 x 1200, a larger display and a just a bit better number of pixels per inch in the display.
