Asus VivoTab RT has a general score of 61, which is much better than the Lenovo TAB3 8's score of 54.8. The Asus VivoTab RT has Windows RT OS, while Lenovo TAB3 8 comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. Asus VivoTab RT features a little bit better screen than Lenovo TAB3 8, because although it has a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 768 x 1366 and a larger screen.
The Asus VivoTab RT has a little bit better hardware performance than Lenovo TAB3 8. Both of them have 4 CPU cores and the same RAM memory amount. Asus VivoTab RT captures much clearer videos and photos than Lenovo TAB3 8, because it has a much higher resolution camera in the back.
