Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is much better than the Lenovo TAB3 8, getting a 62.7 score against 54.8. Both tablets in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has an older 4.0 version while Lenovo TAB3 8 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 counts with a bit faster CPU than Lenovo TAB3 8, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster) and less RAM, it also counts with an extra GPU.
Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 features just a bit better screen than Lenovo TAB3 8, because although it has a little worse amount of pixels per inch of display, and they both have the same resolution of 800 x 1280, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 also counts with a bigger screen. Lenovo TAB3 8 features a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 64 GB, the Lenovo TAB3 8 also has 16 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has a much better battery life than Lenovo TAB3 8, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity. Lenovo TAB3 8 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Lenovo TAB3 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Lenovo TAB3 8. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, else you can save some dollars and get the Lenovo TAB3 8, resigning some specifications.
