Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 3 is a bit better than the Lenovo ThinkPad 10, with a general score of 66.3 against 62.5. The Microsoft Surface 3 design is newer and a little thinner than Lenovo ThinkPad 10's, but it's a bit heavier. The Lenovo ThinkPad 10 features a slightly better display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a little lower 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little better count of pixels per inch of display.
Microsoft Surface 3 counts with as much storage to install games and applications as the Lenovo ThinkPad 10 one, and although the Microsoft Surface 3 has no slot for SD memory cards, they both have the same 128 GB internal memory. The Microsoft Surface 3 features a processor that's just as good as Lenovo ThinkPad 10's processor, and although the Microsoft Surface 3 has a higher amount of RAM memory, they both have a Quad-Core processor.
Microsoft Surface 3 and Lenovo ThinkPad 10 count with very similar battery performance. Microsoft Surface 3 shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Lenovo ThinkPad 10. Both have the same video frame rate, a same resolution camera in the back and the same (Full HD) video definition.
