Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a general score of 72.2, which is better than Lenovo ThinkPad 10's score of 62.5. Despite being the best we compare here, it must be told that it is also a bit thicker and way heavier. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, and Lenovo ThinkPad 10 works with Windows Phone 8.1 operating system.
