Microsoft Surface 3 has a general score of 65.9, which is a little bit better than Lenovo ThinkPad 8's overall score of 60.7. Both of these tablets come with the same Windows 8.1 operating system. Microsoft Surface 3's body is just a little thinner but a lot heavier than the Lenovo ThinkPad 8. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with just a bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a much smaller display and a little bit worse 1920 x 1200px resolution, it also counts with a greater count of pixels per inch in the display.
