Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has an overall score of 63.4, which is a little bit better than Lenovo ThinkPad 8's 62.2 global score. These tablets include Windows OS, but Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a more recent 8.1 Pro version while Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has Windows 8.1, giving you some additional features and performance tweaks. Even being the best tablet in this comparison review, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 design is just a little thicker and notably heavier than the Lenovo ThinkPad 8.
