Huawei MediaPad M1 is better than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet, having a general score of 61.5 against 54. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei MediaPad M1 has newer 4.2.2 version and Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet has Android 3.1 version. Huawei MediaPad M1's design is way lighter and way thinner than the Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet.
